How did the Spiritual Work 

impact and change my Life?

▲ I experienced a lot of emotional, mental and physical shocks as a child.

My work helped me step out of emotional codependency,

toxic behaviours

and unhealthy relationships.

I learnt how to set healthy boundaries and build a pleasant rapport with my family. 

I allowed myself to be both vulnerable and powerful and

I learnt how to stand up

for my own Truth. 

I managed to create what I always desired as a child in my family:

HARMONY. 

Now I get to enjoy my visits back home and the time spent

with the family. 

I managed to create

more transparency

and intimacy between us.

▲ I learnt to lead myself through uncomfortable conversations and 

create a healthy bond

rather than a conflict

(in the past my anger would get triggered and it would just explode).

▲the relationship between my husband and I got deeper.   

I went through multiple Ego deaths, I’ve changed beliefs and identities at a dizzying pace. 

In those quantum leaps

(especially the painful ones), 

many people around me

were convinced

that my marriage will end.

To be honest,

even I had the same

fear sometimes. 

I continued to follow my Soul, kept my Heart open with Stefano, 

I was vulnerable and raw even in my deepest emotional chaos(es). 

I allowed myself to be fully seen, held and loved. 

I learnt how to consciously

speak with him, 

how to listen to him,

how to connect

at a deeper soul-level.

All the work I did on myself, I shared it with him and

he chose to grow with me,

his mindset expanded, we built together, we moved together, stronger and stronger.

We’ve been together for more

than a decade now.

 And while ALL of these results are huge miracles that were build day by day,

the biggest gift I’ve received through my Soul work, 

has been my own

SELF- RECLAMATION:

so that I can make life decisions

that are aligned

with my own Intuition and

through my divine Presence

here on Earth, in this lifetime;

a mastery level.
